Managing Director

Having started the business in 2006, Paul primarily works behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth operation of our business. A dedicated Newcastle supporter, he enjoys attending both home and away matches. Paul is an avid Metallica fan and has had the pleasure of seeing them live 12 times. In his downtime, he loves playing guitar at home and relaxing with a refreshing German beer.

Sales Director

After dedicating over 20 years to raising her family, Kate is now fully involved in leading the sales team at Aero. She enjoys going on relaxing walks with her earphones in, cooking for her family, and spending time with her five cats. Kate has a passion for supermarket shopping and can never resist a bargain. Kate also has a fascination with true crime documentaries, you will find her unwinding with a glass of pink gin at night. 

Finance Director

Diane started her career at Aero as an IT Engineer and is now in charge of the finances and the day-to-day running of the business. When she gets time to relax, Diane enjoys attending gigs with her boyfriend and has a very diverse music taste; she already has 16 gigs lined up for 2025. Diane is a big cat lover, with 3 of her own. When she isn’t having tea at Nandos, she enjoys cooking new meals in her spare time.

Operations Manager

Mark has been with Aero since 2009, he is now flourishing in his role of overseeing operations and keeping the customers happy. You will always find Mark with a big smile on his face when he is on the phone to our clients. As a proud grandfather, Mark is often kept busy spending time with his family on the weekends. Mark loves taking holidays, with Jamaica being his favourite destination.

Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Lewis has been with Aero since 2014, having started as an apprentice, he has now excelled into his current position as Aero’s Infrastructure Engineer. He is an avid Sunderland supporter and a father of one (with another on the way). He enjoys watching horseracing and socialising with his friends, and you'll often find him at KFC on his lunch or at the rotisserie section at Asda.

Senior IT Engineer

Shaw joined Aero in 2016 and now oversees the support team. In his free time, he is a keen runner and loves walking and watching the football. Each year, he enjoys a 2-week holiday in the Canary Islands with his family. Shaw is a coffee enthusiast; you'll often find him at the coffee machine getting his fix. He’s also partial to a Chinese takeaway from his local restaurant on the weekend.

IT Support Engineer

Luke joined Aero in 2020 as an IT Support Engineer. As a passionate Newcastle United supporter and season ticket holder, you will find him at every home game, and the odd away game. He spends his spare time at the gym or with his fiancé, caring for his three cats. Luke has a slight obsession with Uncle Ben's tomato & basil rice, eating it every single day for lunch.

IT Support Engineer

Joining Aero in 2020, Josh is a part of the IT support team and plays a key role in completing onsite visits to our clients. Outside of work, Josh's favourite activities are watching TV, going to the gym, having pints at the pub, and making lots of good food. Like many of his colleagues, Josh has a cat called Meg who he comes home to after a long day at work. The office is never quiet when Josh is around. 

IT Support Engineer

Luke joined Aero after sixth form in 2024 and is excelling in his role as an IT Support Engineer. A big Newcastle fan, he enjoys socialising with friends, driving, and eating Italian food, which is no surprise, given his previous job in a pizza van. Luke is a big Sam Fender fan and was even in the top 0.01% of global listeners on Spotify. He also claims to be the funniest in the office, but so do a few others.

Marketing Executive

Jess recently joined Aero after graduating university to lead our marketing strategies, including Aero's exciting rebrand. On weekends, she enjoys cosy nights in with family, going to nice restaurants, or going for cocktails with her friends. Her guilty pleasures include binge watching reality TV and spending countless hours on TikTok.
